Qualifications & Skills
- Graduation from an APTA-approved physical therapy program
- Active Iowa PT license (or PT(Compact))
- Minimum of 1 year outpatient experience
- At least one professional reference
Key Duties
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services
- Maintain patient progress monitoring
- Contribute to multidisciplinary healthcare efforts
