Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life.
- Develop personalized treatment plans, implement therapy techniques, operate equipment, monitor progress, and collaborate with healthcare teams.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and injury prevention, ensure safety protocols, and contribute to discharge planning.
- Maintain accurate documentation and engage in professional development.
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid state license
- BLS certification
- Strong clinical, communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
- Physical abilities including lifting, movement, and manual tasks
- Handle frequent public contact, work under pressure, and adapt to irregular activity levels
- Visual acuity and technical proficiency required
