Responsibilities
- Evaluating patients' physical conditions through assessments and examinations
- Developing and implementing personalized rehabilitation plans
- Using various techniques and equipment to improve mobility and reduce pain
- Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatments accordingly
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Educating patients and caregivers on home exercises, injury prevention, and self-management
- Maintaining a safe environment and adhering to regulatory standards
- Engaging in professional development and discharge planning
- Performing additional duties within scope of practice
Requirements
- Valid Physical Therapy license and BLS certification
- Strong clinical, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Physical ability to assist with patient movement and equipment
- Effective interpersonal and technical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
- Proficiency in English and computer use
