Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments to determine therapy needs.

Requirements

• Valid state Physical Therapist license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (preferred).
• Prior experience as a Physical Therapist (preferred).
