• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
• Adhere to safety and regulatory standards

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Required certifications: CORES 1, CORES 2 (Allied), CORES 3, OSHA Safety, Skills Checklist, Specialty Exam
• Ability to assess patient needs and develop appropriate treatment strategies
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
