Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life.
• Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Utilize various techniques and equipment, and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and injury prevention.
• Maintain a safe, compliant treatment environment.
• Engage in quality assurance and professional development.
• Assist in discharge planning.
• Perform other assigned duties within scope of practice.

Requirements

• Valid state licensure.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong clinical skills and critical thinking abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical capacity for moving equipment and assisting patients.
• Sensory acuity for effective communication.
• Ability to work independently and under supervision.
• Proficiency in documentation and PC use.
