Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Role & Responsibilities

Provide in-home therapy services, evaluate patients, develop care plans, and implement treatment strategies focused on restoring mobility and function.

Manage a caseload of 5-6 patients daily, conduct home visits, and handle start of care and follow-up cases.

Work autonomously while maintaining high patient care standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1 year of home health experience
• Valid PT license in AL
• SSN, DOB, and one reference required
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills required

Schedule
