Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services in a 120-bed skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facility.
• Perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy interventions to improve patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with hospital privileges and maintain BLS certification.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 1+ years of physical therapy experience, preferably in LTC or SNF settings.
• Hospital privileges required.
• BLS certification required.
