Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Role & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop, modify, and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and physician directives
• Supervise and direct therapy services to support effective community reintegration
• Complete detailed medical documentation, including goal setting, assessments, and billing in compliance with regulations
• Provide care under signed physician orders and insurance approvals
• Supervise and mentor students, contributing to their learning and evaluations
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and apply continuing education to meet organizational goals

Qualifications & Skills

• Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in Minnesota
• Knowledge of state practice acts and regulatory standards
• Completion of required continuing education
• Strong clinical reasoning for comprehensive patient evaluations and treatment planning
• Adherence to ethical professional conduct

Preferred Experience

• Experience in outpatient physical therapy
• Supervision or mentorship of therapy students
• Familiarity with performance improvement and quality initiatives
