Focus Staff is seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel contract in Eugene, OR. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a PT setting. Contract Length: 13 Weeks Start Date: 07/27/2026 Shift: 5x8 Days

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and standards of practice.

Requirements

• 1 Year of Experience
• Valid OR License
• BLSEligible to work in the United States

Qualifications

• PT License in the state of OR
• Current CPR certification
