We are seeking a Physical Therapist with a Pelvic Health certification to provide exceptional care to our patients. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Examining Patients: Conduct thorough assessments to identify impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities, determining diagnosis and intervention strategies based on findings. Designing Therapeutic Interventions: Develop and modify therapeutic plans to alleviate impairments, enabling patients to regain their ability to perform daily activities. Preventing Health Issues: Focus on preventing injuries and disabilities by promoting health, fitness, and wellness across all age groups. Consultation, Education, and Research: Share knowledge with colleagues and the community, and contribute to advancing physical therapy practices through research. Maintaining Patient Records: Ensure accurate and up-to-date patient records, including diagnosis, treatment plans, and progress reports, while ensuring timely submission of charges for services. Education and Experience Applicants must possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in Pelvic Health. Candidates must have graduated from an AMA-APTA approved school of physical therapy and completed training per the requirements of the Council on Medical Education and Hospitals of the American Medical Association. Membership or eligibility for membership in the American Physical Therapy Association or American Registry of Physical Therapy is required. An active license for the state of Colorado is essential. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Pelvic Health Certification (required) Current active Physical Therapist licensure for Colorado or a permit from the licensing board while awaiting licensing examination Current CPR Certification Shift Information Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.
