Travel Physical Therapist - Outpatient Rehabilitation - $2,213 per week

Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 24, 2026, located in Morrisville, Vermont. The shift is 3 six-hour sessions, rotating from 07:00 to 19:00, totaling 36 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Vermont.
• At least one year of clinical experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• Current CPR certification.

Pay
