Uniti Med is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a position in Morristown, Vermont.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in need
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Document patient care and treatment sessions accurately

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Vermont
• At least one year of clinical experience in physical therapy
• Passing scores from the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems

• Knowledge of various physical therapy techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Shift: 12 hours, rotating
