Travel Physical Therapist - Outpatient Rehab - $2,046 per week

American Traveler is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Medford, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Work in a general outpatient rehab setting
• Provide therapy services for 8 hours per day, 5 days a week
• May float or split time between multiple clinic locations in Oregon
• Expected to work up to 40 hours per week
• No on-call requirements

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license required (if applicable)
• Outpatient experience preferred, but new graduates will be considered

Qualifications

• Date of birth required for consideration
• Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility may be subject to a local pay rate
• Overtime must be approved by the director prior to working additional hours
• Overtime worked beyond standard hours is subject to director pre-approval

Pay
