Travel Physical Therapist - Outpatient Orthopedics

Key Responsibilities

• Oversight of supervising PTAs and support staff.
• Accurate billing within facility guidelines.
• Ensuring compliance with state PT regulations and guidelines.
• Collaborating with medical personnel and physicians to create team-focused care plans.
• Evaluating patient conditions and modifying care plans accordingly.
• Utilizing adaptive equipment.
• Using medical center computer systems for documentation and tasks.
• Maintaining timely, accurate documentation per legal and insurance standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 6 months of experience; new grads encouraged to apply.
• Current BLS certification and valid state licensure.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lean for extended periods.
