Pioneer Healthcare Services is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Eugene, Oregon. The position starts 09/14/2026, working 40 hours per week on 8-hour day shifts in an on-site outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
• Provide therapy to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and families on exercise programs and injury prevention
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Implement interventions in various settings
• Participate in discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care for continued rehabilitation

Requirements

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy
• Physical Therapist (PT) license in Oregon
• Current BLS/CPR Certification

Pay

$2,016.96 – $2,079.34 per week, based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week, with tax-free stipend amount to be determined (subject to confirmation).
