Pioneer Healthcare Services is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a Rehabilitation Center setting in Tucker, GA. This 11-week assignment offers 40 hours per week on an 8-hour day shift.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide therapy to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on exercise programs and injury prevention
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Implement interventions in various settings
- Participate in discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care for continued rehabilitation
Requirements
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- GA Physical Therapist PT license
- Current BLS/CPR Certification
Pay
$1,976.78 - $2,037.92 per week
