- A current BLS/CPR certification through the American Heart Association.
- An active license in the state of Jefferson, Georgia (if applicable).

- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
- Current registration as a Physical Therapist in the state of Jefferson, Georgia (if applicable).
