About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team in Memphis, TN. In this role, you will provide therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting, ensuring effective evaluation, treatment planning, and implementation of patient care plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Participate in patient education and community outreach activities.

Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Tennessee.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
