Travel Physical Therapist position in a Rehabilitation Center setting in Fayetteville, NC. This 13-week assignment offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on patients' lives.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
• Provide therapy to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and families on exercise programs and injury prevention
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Implement interventions in various settings
• Participate in discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care for continued rehabilitation

Requirements

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy
• NC Physical Therapist PT license
• Current BLS/CPR Certification

Pay

$1,867.61 - $1,925.37 per week

Schedule

• 13-week assignment
• Day shift, 8 hours per day
• 40 hours per week
