About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 10, 2026, in Fayetteville, Georgia.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in need
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
- Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately
Requirements
- Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Georgia
- Experience in acute care settings preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Pay
