Pioneer Healthcare Services is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Homewood, Alabama. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in an outpatient setting.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide therapy to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on exercise programs and injury prevention
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Implement interventions in various settings
- Participate in discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care for continued rehabilitation
Requirements
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Alabama Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Current BLS/CPR Certification
Pay
$1,760.72 - $1,815.18 per week
Schedule
- 13-week assignment
- 40 hours per week
- 8-hour day shifts
- On-site in an outpatient setting
