About the Role
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic clinic. This position is open to new grads and first-time travelers.
Assignment Overview
- Start Date: October 5, 2026
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: Days, 5x8hrs (8-hour day shifts)
- Hours: 40 hours per week, with 36 hours guaranteed and expectation of working up to 40 hours
- Openings: 1
- Overtime must be approved by the director before any OT is worked
- Option to work in this clinic or a neighboring clinic as part of a Travel Team
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat outpatient orthopedic patients
- Productivity expectation of approximately 60 visits per week
- Typical caseload of 12–14 patients per day with double-booking of follow-up visits
- May float to other clinics as needed
Requirements
- Active PT license required if applicable
- Outpatient experience preferred
- PTA candidates will be considered
