Travel Physical Therapist - Outpatient Orthopedic - $1,926 per week

Pioneer Healthcare Services is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Memphis, Tennessee. This position is in a Rehabilitation Center setting and offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on patient care.
Shift: 8-hour days, up to 40 hours per week. Employment Type: Travel. Workplace: On-site.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide therapy to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on exercise programs and injury prevention
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Implement interventions in various settings
- Participate in discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care for continued rehabilitation
Requirements
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Active Tennessee Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Current BLS/CPR Certification
Pay
$1,896.51 - $1,955.17 per week.
