Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
  • Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
  • BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
  • First-time travelers will not be considered
  • New graduates will not be considered

Assignment Details

  • Float to other clinics
  • Patient population: Outpatient Ortho
  • Productivity expectation: 60 visits per week
  • Expected patient volume: 12-14 patients per day
  • Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected
  • Overtime must be approved by the director before any OT hours are worked

  • Smith Rock State Park is about 30 miles north and is known for rock climbing, while Cascade Lakes Scenic Byway provides access to multiple alpine lakes and hiking areas.
