American Traveler is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 26-week assignment in Casa Grande, Arizona.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services in an outpatient clinic setting
- Use InSync EMR for clinical documentation
- Adhere to all healthcare policies and procedures
Requirements
- Active PT license required; Arizona compact license accepted at start but full state license must be obtained during the assignment
- One professional reference required for consideration
- Social Security Number (SSN) required for consideration
Qualifications
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred
- Knowledge of InSync EMR system
