Requirements

• License required if applicable
• Physical Therapists may start with a compact license but must obtain full state licensure while on assignment
• 1 professional reference required
• SSN required for consideration
• Candidates who previously worked for this facility as PRN or permanent staff must have a 1 calendar year gap before returning as a traveler
