This outpatient physical therapy position is a 15-week assignment starting as soon as possible, ideal for clinicians with at least one year of experience. The role involves working in a dynamic outpatient setting with neuro/orthopedic and medically complex patients. Job Details Certifications: BLS, Alaska PT License; required to have at least 1 year of experience. Schedule: 4x10 or 5x8 days, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Required Qualifications: Valid Alaska PT license, BLS certification, at least 1 year of clinical experience, and ability to work 10-hour shifts. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with neuro/orthopedic patients and medically complex cases. Responsibilities include providing outpatient physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients, including those with spinal conditions, post-operative surgeries, and neurological disorders. Candidates must be open to working some Saturdays and willing to work within inter-disciplinary support teams. Travelers are expected to work in a magnet facility, Level II Trauma, with free parking and Epic charting system. Pending license acceptance is permitted, with licensing process estimated to take 1012 weeks. Candidates must be willing to work two out of the three major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year). No float requirements are specified. Submission should include two references covering the last year, and candidates should arrange housing independently as options may be limited.
