Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Delta, Colorado.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services in an outpatient setting
- Adhere to the guidelines and protocols set forth by the facility
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) License
- Certified in BLS/BCLS
Pay
Weekly Gross: $2,840.00 (Based on 40 Hrs)
