About the role
Outpatient (OP) Physical Therapist position in the outpatient setting. This role involves evaluating patients' function through formal and informal testing, developing and implementing goal-specific treatment plans, and educating patients and their families about their conditions, prognosis, and treatment options. The position requires providing patient-centered care based on assessments, physician orders, and established standards.

Requirements
- Valid Michigan Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- At least 0 years of experience
- Pertinent skills checklist completed within the last year relevant to outpatient physical therapy
- Completed supervisory reference forms within the last two years
Preferred Qualifications
- Outpatient experience
- Acute care experience
Schedule
- Days shift, 8 hours per day
- Minimum 40 hours per week
