Schedule
- Working 5-8 hour days per week
- Inpatient shifts on Monday and Friday at the facility
- Outpatient clinic shifts on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in Carbondale, Colorado
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in physical therapy
- Current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or compact license for Colorado
- At least 0 years of experience
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association
Preferred Qualifications
- 3-5 years of PT experience preferred
Additional Information
- RADIUS RULE: traveler's permanent address must be at least 75 miles away from the facility
- CAPS REQUIREMENT: Must register in the Colorado Client and Customer Use (CCU) system; registration may take up to two weeks
- Absolutely ensure accurate SS# and date of birth in the Medefis system to avoid onboarding issues

Pay Package
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
