Requirements
- Active PT license required; compact license accepted to start, but full AZ state license must be obtained during the assignment
- SSN required for consideration
- 1 professional reference required for consideration
- Experience with InSync EMR preferred
About the Role
This facility uses a virtual interview process; candidates will receive a virtual interview link and results will be reviewed before a final decision is made
Candidates who have previously worked at this facility in a PRN or permanent capacity must have been separated for at least 1 calendar year to be eligible as a traveler
Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation)
