The position requires evaluation, treatment planning, and implementation of evidence-based interventions to optimize patient outcomes. Job Details Position Description: In this role, the Physical Therapist Outpatient will provide comprehensive care focused on maximizing patient function through individualized treatment plans. Required Qualifications: Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy; Illinois state license or confirmation that the application process has been initiated; CPR certification within 90 days of hire; active IL license or scheduled to test within 60 days; minimum of 2 years of experience; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft software; solid analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience as a Physical Therapist; valid state drivers license as verified through the respective State Department of Motor Vehicles; strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills; ability to evaluate patient status, establish therapy goals, and document effectively; strong computer skills. Schedule: Monday through Friday, with the ability to work two days until 6 pm; four 10-hour days available; 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
