Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive patient evaluations.
• Utilize clinical reasoning for treatment planning.
• Document medical records accurately and timely.
• Provide supervision and education to students as assigned.
• Maintain professional development through continuing education and professional activities.
• Follow all clinic protocols and safety policies to promote a safe environment for patients and staff.
• Float rotation may be required.

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• 1+ years of outpatient clinical experience.
• CPR certification.
• Professional licensure in good standing.
• Knowledge of state practice act and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrates professional behavior and commitment to quality care.

Schedule

• Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
