Delegates and directs discipline-specific therapy services, ensures functional treatment program design, and serves as an educator for patients, families, colleagues, and students. Certifications & Education: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; CPR Certification. Experience: 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience. Location Requirements: Work location at 54827 BJV - East Mesa in a healthcare provider setting. Schedule: Shift time is Days, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, develops appropriate treatment goals, documents medical records clearly and timely, and ensures care provided under valid physician orders and insurance approvals. Participates in student programs and pursues ongoing professional development. Maintains licensure in good standing and adheres to performance improvement initiatives.
