Schedule
- Days shift, 8 hours per shift

Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive patient evaluations
- Document medical records accurately and timely
- Develop individualized treatment goals
- Ensure care follows signed, valid physician orders
- Support student training
- Encourage ongoing professional development
- Adhere to state practice acts and maintain licensure
- Participate in organizational performance improvement initiatives
- Float rotation may be required
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
- 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience
- CPR certification
- Professional licensure in good standing
