The position is a Temp - PT - Outpatient (Days) Springfield, VT for a(n) week contract in VT.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient assessment.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- 40 hours per week.
- Shift: 8 hours, Monday-Friday - Variable shifts.
- 40+ years of clinical experience working as a full-time Physical Therapist.
- Clinical experience within the last 2 years.
- Current State Licensure.
- Current Relevant Certifications (BLS, ACLS, etc).
