Travel Physical Therapist - Outpatient - $2,447 per week

Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a position in Springfield, Vermont.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in outpatient settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Vermont.
• At least one year of clinical experience in outpatient physical therapy.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Skills

• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR).
• Knowledge of common medical terminology and anatomy.
• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
