Travel Physical Therapist - Outpatient - $2,434 per week

Assured Nursing is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 12-week assignment starting August 3, 2026, in Conyers, Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in outpatient settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as necessary.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Georgia.
• At least one year of clinical experience in outpatient physical therapy.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using medical software and equipment.

Pay
