Travel Physical Therapist - Outpatient - $2,425 per week
About the role
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide compassionate, high-quality outpatient care during the summer months. This temporary opportunity supports our primary outpatient team as they enjoy well-deserved summer vacations and helps ensure continuity of excellent patient care. The role offers a predictable weekday schedule, reasonable productivity expectations, and dedicated documentation time—making it an ideal short-term assignment for a motivated clinician who values efficiency and patient-centered care. Position details include a caseload of approximately 10 patients per day, with 45‑minute evaluations and treatment sessions and 30 minutes of scheduled documentation time built into each day.
Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled outpatient physical therapy services in accordance with best practice and organizational standards
- Complete documentation and billing on the day services are delivered
- Complete discharge documentation within 24 hours of discharge or notification of discharge
- Collaborate professionally with the outpatient rehabilitation team to ensure seamless patient care
