Travel Physical Therapist - Outpatient - $2,397 per week

About the role

GLC On-The-Go is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13‑week contract in Charlotte, Michigan. You will join the Rehabilitation care team, providing patient‑centered care in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care in an outpatient rehabilitation setting
• Timely documentation of patient progress and treatment
• Coordination with the interdisciplinary care team
• Adherence to facility policies and best practice guidelines

Requirements

• Active license in Rehabilitation
• At least 1 year of full‑time Physical Therapist experience
• Rehabilitation experience within the last 2 years

• Contract length: 13 weeks (Start Date: 11/09/2026, End Date: 02/08/2027)
