Schedule

- Active PT license required (compact license accepted to start; full state license required thereafter)
- Outpatient experience required
- One professional reference required
- SSN required for consideration
Additional Information
- Candidates with prior permanent or PRN employment at this facility must have a 1-year separation before being eligible to return as a traveler
- Virtual interview process required as part of candidate evaluation

Pay
