About the role
Care Team Solutions is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 3, 2026, in Conyers, Georgia.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in outpatient settings.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient interactions and treatment sessions accurately.
Requirements
- Must have at least 2 years of recent rehabilitation experience.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Georgia.
- Pass required background check and drug screening.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current CPR certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
