Prime HealthCare Staffing is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 26‑week contract in Easley, South Carolina, starting 10/12/2026. The therapist will work in an outpatient setting, managing treatment plans to promote positive outcomes for patients with diverse diagnoses.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for outpatient patients.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements

• One year of recent outpatient physical therapy experience (preferred).
• Availability for 40 hours per week, 8‑hour shifts (8‑10 hour shifts, 4‑5 days a week).
• Travel contract duration of 26 weeks.

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification (AHA preferred).
• Active state physical therapist license.
• Supervisory professional references.
• Successful completion of drug screen and background check.

Pay
