Preferred Qualifications: Preferred experience of 2+ years in outpatient physical therapy. Responsibilities include providing outpatient physical therapy treatment in a hospital outpatient setting, adhering to facility policies, and utilizing the Medhost electronic medical record system. Submission Requirements: Candidates must be available to start on or before 10/26/2026, with assignment ending on 01/25/2027. Float: Float rotation may be required.
