Job Details Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; at least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification; active and applicable license for the state where services are performed. Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per shift, 40 hours per week. Responsibilities: Complete comprehensive patient evaluations; use clinical reasoning to establish treatment plans and goals; provide discipline-specific therapy services; document care accurately and timely; ensure treatment is provided under valid physician orders; participate in student education and supervision as assigned; maintain professional licensure and required continuing education; follow applicable state practice acts, regulatory requirements, safety procedures, and professional standards; contribute to quality and performance improvement initiatives.
