About the role

Provide physical therapy services for orthopedic diagnoses across adult, pediatric (excluding toddlers and infants), geriatric, and sports-medicine populations in an outpatient clinic setting. Minimum caseload of 50 visits per week with 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute treatment blocks. Documentation handled via NextGen electronic system. Dress code is business casual.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy for orthopedic conditions in adult, pediatric, geriatric, and sports-medicine patients.
• Maintain a weekly caseload of at least 50 visits, including 60-minute initial evaluations and 30-minute follow-up treatments.
• Complete all documentation using the NextGen electronic system.

Requirements

• Valid physical therapy license.
• Minimum of 3 years of traditional outpatient PT experience; no new graduates accepted.
• Commitment to the full 13-week assignment beginning 12/14/2026.

Schedule

• 40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts.
• No weekend requirements; preferred schedule is 5 days × 8 hours, but some flexibility may be available.
