About the role
Care Team Solutions is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, in Springfield, Vermont.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in outpatient settings.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Document patient care activities and progress in medical records.
Requirements
- Must have at least 2+ years of recent Allied Health experience in Physical Therapy.
- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in Vermont.
- Pass required background check.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current certification as a Physical Therapist.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy techniques.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in using medical equipment and technology.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

Pay
Gross weekly pay: $2179.30
Schedule
