Travel Physical Therapist - Outpatient - $2,168 per week

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) licensed or in the immediate process of obtaining licensure in Illinois to work in an outpatient setting. This is a 13-week travel contract position.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in an outpatient setting.
• Deliver care aligned with organizational goals and standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist (PT).
• Outpatient experience required.
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license within the state of Illinois or eligibility for immediate licensure.

Schedule

• 13-week assignment starting 08/24/2026.
• 40 hours per week.
• 8-hour shifts.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8.0-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
