Travel Physical Therapist Outpatient - $2,095 per week

Position: Outpatient Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients, develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans to promote recovery and functional return. Educate patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure high standards of care and safety in a community-based outpatient setting.

Key Duties

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations
• Document clinical interventions accurately
• Align care with physician orders and insurance requirements
• Participate in student supervision and professional development
• Maintain licensure and regulatory compliance

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
• 1+ year outpatient experience preferred
• Active New Jersey license
• CPR certification

Ability to perform patient evaluations, documentation, and adhere to safety protocols.

Shift & Hours

8-hour days, minimum of 40 hours per week.
